To test:
- Enter your email address
- Select any location
- Select Insurer
- Click “Check Insurance”
The plugin will store the submissions in the back end for lead generation as well as send a submission email to the designated email addresses added to the form.
The system runs on Gravity Forms so we can be sure of security, lead capture and forwarding needs.
